Empowerment Group Coaching for Women
In response to the deep need for affordable, effective and ongoing coaching support for women, I offer weekly group meetings in a series of approximately four weeks each. Each series focuses on a specific topic of empowerment. This highly popular program is an excellent way to gain greater self-awareness, refine your vision and dreams, and gain clarity on what you are doing and why. As you hear other people’s challenges and breakthroughs, you will form new alliances and supportive relationships that help bolster your spirits and enhance your self confidence.
Series format & availability
Please confirm the next series dates, time zone, and availability with Sheryl. The schedule currently listed on this site is:
We meet on Monday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 EST via Zoom platform. A telephone interview is required to participate to assess if the group is a good fit for you. The group is limited to 21 participants per series and typically has a waiting list so early registration is recommended. If you are interested, please contact me to schedule a phone consult.
02 / For organizations
Good work begins
with well-being.
Well-Being at Work
The Well-Being at Work program is designed around feedback from your organization as to your unique desires and challenges in creating a culture of well-being. The primary aim is often to assist employees in reducing and managing stress. In doing so the result is a more highly productive and creative team making meaningful contributions, more positive relationships, and reduced absenteeism.
