Positive Self-Talk: What to Say When You Talk to Yourself

When we talk to ourselves, what we say determines the success – or failure – of everything we try to do, every day of our lives. The decision to program ourselves with words which give us confidence and self-belief, or to continue unconsciously with words which cause problems or failures, is up to each of us. We choose our self-talk. This seminar will explore how we can use the power of self-talk as a basic tool to change destructive habits and attitudes, to solve problems, and to accomplish goals. We will also apply the techniques of self-talk to managing stress and increasing self-esteem.
